We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, no REFUND POLICY.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello.craftographers@gmail.com or you can whatsapp us.
To be eligible for a exchange your item must be unused and It must be in the original packaging.
Charges for product exchange -
Customer can ship the products to us at their own expense.
Or, we can arrange a reverse pick-up - however, there will be charges for reverse pick-up.
